Deep Tissue Massage for Hands and Feet
✋🏻🦶🏻 Working labor jobs with the hands, daily typing on the computer, playing musical instruments, crafting, standing for long periods of time and even doing healthy activities like playing sports, weightlifting, running or CrossFit training can cause feet and/or hands to feel hard and stiff with hypersensitivity or no sensation at all. Wearing high heals and other shoes that do not properly support your feet can also cause feet pain and cause conditions like hammer toe as well as cause feet to become misshapen.
✋🏻🦶🏻When hands or feet muscles are hard and stiff they are stuck in the fight and flight mode filled with blood and unable to rest, relax and recover. This will cause fatigue, pain, and leads to painful debilitating ailments like arthritis. Muscles require recovery time to be able to take nourishment from fresh blood, get rid of waste, and gives cells time to repair damage.
✋🏻🦶🏻This 60 minute deep tissue massage therapy strictly focuses on the hands or feet to de-stress, relax and rejuvenate the stiff tired muscles. This type of deep tissue therapy requires a gradual increase of depth and pressure which requires each hand or foot be worked on for 25-30 minutes. If you would like both your hands and feet massaged during the same session you must book a 2-hour appointment. You will remain fully clothed during the massage except removing socks and shoes.

60 Minutes either feet or hands $60
120 Minutes with feet and hands $120
Appointments are scheduled for Wednesdays through Sundays with the first appointment at 10am and the last appointment 3:30pm. I may be able to accommodate later starts for 1 hour appointments. I do not work later than 6pm due to family obligations.

If how your feet and hands feel impacts what you do for a living then getting a massage is not a luxury, it is caring for a tool that brings you your income. Self care is important to ensure you perform your best when working and have a good quality of life without suffering in pain or with limited mobility of the body. If you wish to pre-purchase sessions there is a discount. Once a package is purchased is non-refundable and must be used within 12 calendar months. Pre-purchased sessions can be combined for a multi hour session on a single day such as a two hour hand and foot session. Packages may be gifted.
4 one-hour sessions- $230 save $10
8 one-hour sessions – $450 save $30
12 one-hour sessions – $680 save $40
🚙Travel Massage Services
I make house and office calls in the morning on Wednesdays and Thursdays with appointment start times between 10am and 12pm for 2 hour, 3 hour, or 4 hour sessions. Two hour minimum for travel massage services. I can massage more than one person during your appointment time. Great for couples massages! I have a massage table and massage chair for travel appointments. I take my therapy equipment with me to your location and am able to provide massage, gua sha, cupping, and sonic massage.
My travel rate is Locations in Kapolei or Ewa Beach $200 for 2 hours, $300 for 3 hours, $400 for 4 hours.
Locations in Pearl City, Waipahu, Mililiani, Maili $220 for 2 hours, $330 for 3 hours, $440 for 4 hours.
Locations in Honolulu, Waikiki, Aina Hina, Hawaii Kai, Wahiawa $250 for 2 hours, $375 for 3 hours, $500 for 4 hours.
