How On Site Chair Massage Works

I am licensed Massage Therapist Kim Crinella and I will bring my massage chair to your location or event and can set up in an empty office, the break room, or in the corner of any room or booth. I bring everything I need to provide relaxing massages to your staff, clients or prospects. Massages are available from 5 minutes to one hour per person, you tell me how long of a massage you want each person to receive. Each person can choose the type of massage they feel would benefit them the most at the time of their massage. The types of massages provided with chair massage include Back & Shoulder Massage, Neck & Shoulder Massage, and Hand Massage. Below are more details on the benefits of each type of massage:

Back & Shoulder Massage

The back and shoulders are the most common areas for people to hold stress and this can lead to headaches, decreased range of motion, hunched backs, and constant pain. Massage can help to release the stress and tension in the shoulders and along the spine to the lower back.

Neck & Shoulder Massage

Smartphone users, video gamers, and people who sit at a computer for long periods of time often suffer from stiff necks and hunched backs due to holding the head in one position for long periods of time and bad posture. The tight neck muscles may even cause frequent headaches. This massage focuses on the neck and shoulders to release the muscles along the top of the spine, neck, and shoulders allowing the shoulders to drop into normal resting position, the neck to fully extend properly, and helps to release the muscles in the hump forming between the shoulder blades.

Hand, Forearm and Elbow Massage
Carpal Tunnel Sufferer Massage Therapy

We use our hands for so many things every day which can make wrists, hands, and fingers tight and painful. Repetitive movement of hands and fingers can cause increased inflammation and pain in the narrow passageway in the wrist causing carpal tunnel syndrome. This is common with people who use computers a lot, musicians, cashiers, artists, hair stylists, bakers, knitters/sewers, crafters, and assembly line worker. Massage is an effective therapy of this condition because it increases the blood flow, reduces inflammation, releases fascia tissues and opens up the carpal tunnel. This massage works the palms, fingers and forearms bringing relief to overworked tense hand muscles, tendons, and joints. Massage is therapeutic for people suffering from tendonitis. Hand massages can be done while seated in the massage chair or while seated in an office chair at their desk.
