Deep Tissue Massage for Hands and Feet
✋🏻🦶🏻 Working labor jobs with the hands, daily typing on the computer, playing musical instruments, crafting, standing for long periods of time and even doing healthy activities like playing sports, weightlifting, running or CrossFit training can cause feet and/or hands to feel hard and stiff with hypersensitivity or no sensation at all. Wearing high heals and other shoes that do not properly support your feet can also cause feet pain and cause conditions like hammer toe as well as cause feet to become misshapen.
✋🏻🦶🏻When hands or feet muscles are hard and stiff they are stuck in the fight and flight mode filled with blood and unable to rest, relax and recover. This will cause fatigue, pain, and leads to painful debilitating ailments like arthritis. Muscles require recovery time to be able to take nourishment from fresh blood, get rid of waste, and gives cells time to repair damage.
✋🏻🦶🏻This 60 minute deep tissue massage therapy strictly focuses on the hands or feet to de-stress, relax and rejuvenate the stiff tired muscles. This type of deep tissue therapy requires a gradual increase of depth and pressure which requires each hand or foot be worked on for 25-30 minutes. If you would like both your hands and feet massaged during the same session you must book a 2-hour appointment. You will remain fully clothed during the massage except removing socks and shoes.

✋🏻🦶🏻Rates for Deep Tissue for Feet and Hands Massage at Kapolei office are:
60 Minutes either feet or hands $75
120 Minutes with feet and hands $150
You can add on additional time to work on other areas like shoulders, neck and back for an additional $100 per hour.
By appointment only. Appointments are accepted daily with the first appointment at 10am and the last appointment 5pm. I do not work later than 6pm due to family obligations.
