Benefits of Vibration and Percussion Therapy
Using vibration on the muscles of the body has shown effectiveness in increasing muscular strength, increasing muscle power development, improving kinesthetic awareness, decreasing muscle soreness, decreasing muscle tension, increasing range of motion, and increasing blood flow under the skin of the treated area. Vibration can be applied to a local target area or can benefit the whole body. Percussion has shown to increase blood flow to a treated muscle area which has shown to help reduce inflammation and muscle tension and break up knots that form doing daily tasks, from injury, and after a hard workout.
Sonic Massage from the Neck to Toes
A sonic massage uses vibration and percussion technology to offer deep tissue tension relief and dissolves knots to rapidly relieve stressed tight muscles from the neck down to the toes. Sonic massage can be added with any therapy session I provide or can be provided as a stand alone therapy.
Sonic Massage for the Head
Microvibrations sonic massage therapy is used above the neck to release tension in the skull joints and face muscles without risk of injury to the brain. Microvibration therapy to the face helps to stimulate collagen production in the skin which reduces the appearance of wrinkles and crows feet around the eyes.
What to Expect During a Sonic Massage Session
If the sonic massage is done as a stand alone therapy you will remain fully clothed and will sit or lay comfortably on a massage table while receiving treatment.
Sonic massage may be added to any other therapy session I provide at no additional charge.
Drink plenty of water over the next 24 hours after receiving treatment to help flush any toxins and keep hydrated.
Sonic Massage may not be appropriate for:
- Burns
- Healing wounds
- Deep vein thrombosis
- Unexplained pain
- Pregnancy with complications
- Some types of cancer

Sonic Massage Therapy Rates
1 hour $75 with just sonic massager
Sonic Massage therapy can be added to a therapeutic massage with rates $100 per hour.
By appointment only. Appointments are accepted daily with the first appointment at 10am and the last appointment 5pm. I do not work later than 6pm due to family obligations.
