What is it and how does it work?

Every single thing in the Universe is vibrating at a particular frequency. The Law of Vibration states that anything that exists in our universe, whether seen or unseen, broken down into and analyzed in it’s purest and most basic form, consists of pure energy or light which resonates and exists as a vibratory frequency or pattern. Thoughts, feelings, and actions impact vibrations by lowering or increasing them. Negative thoughts, feelings and actions lower our vibrations and can cause bacteria, germs, and disease to flourish in the low frequency environments. Positive thoughts, feelings and actions raise our frequency and can help to fight and prevent diseases as well as kill bacteria and germs. 

What is Crystal Therapy?

Crystal therapy uses the natural vibrations of crystals and stones to provide noninvasive therapeutic holistic treatment. The human body is 70% water making humans a liquid crystal. During crystal healing crystals and stones are placed on or beside the body to interact with the electromagnetic energy in the body using the stones subtle vibrations. Crystals can absorb, focus, direct, detoxify, shift and diffuse energy. Crystals and stones are used to rebalance chakras, clear energy blockages in the body and restore the natural energy flow of the body. Crystal therapy should not replace traditional medical treatment but can be beneficial in addition to traditional medical treatment. Crystal therapy helps to restore the body’s natural rhythm and equilibrium which enables the body to function at a higher level, however, it does not imply a cure.

Who can benefit from Crystal Therapy?

Crystal therapy has shown to be helpful for stress related diseases and some immune disorders. It is especially useful for people who suffer from chronic pain, chronic illness, digestive disorders, panic attacks, migraines, stiff joints, insomnia, high blood pressure, and chronic fatigue. Anyone of any age suffering from “low energy” and dis-ease may benefit from the from having their energy raised by the high vibrations omitted by crystals and stones naturally.

What can you expect during a Crystal Therapy session?

During a Crystal Therapy session you will lay face up or face down (your preference) fully clothed on a massage table. Relaxing music is typically playing in the background and essential oil may be diffused to enhance the experience if it does not bother you. You will be asked if there is anything specific you want to focus on during your session. Please bring any physical, emotional, or personal issues you want to work on to the my attention. An energy reading will be taken using pendulum dowsing to check the flow of your energy and detect any blockages. Once your focus and energy flow is determined crystals are selected for your session then placed on and/or around your body to interact with your energy field. Once the crystals are placed you typically lay with the crystals for 30-40 minutes. During that time you can meditate or take a nap. Massage, Reiki, Cupping, Binaural Tones, and/or crystal bowl sound therapy can be added to a Crystal Therapy session session to further amplify the energy flow and healing. At the end of the session another energy reading is taken to verify that the energy flow has been restored and the chakras are balanced.

How do chakras become unbalanced or blocked?

The flow of the body’s energy can become blocked through emotional upsets such as fear, anxiety, stress, conflict, or loss. The disruption in energy flow caused by blocked chakras allow pain, illness and diseases to develop.

Is crystal energy real?

Yes! Everything emits an energy force that is invisible to the naked eye but can be seen using a Kirlian camera. The photo below is a photo of smokey quartz taken with a Kirlian camera. You can see the life force energy radiating from the crystal. When the flow of energy is blocked in the body it can manifest into physical pain, emotional issues, an even disease.

What are the possible side effects of Crystal Therapy?

Symptoms common with other types of body detox can also be possible side effects of crystal therapy for a few days following treatment such as headache, light headedness, and emotional swings. During the treatment you may feel energy tingles like “pins and needles” as the crystals reinvigorate your flow of energy. You may also experience involuntary muscle reactions during the treatment as your muscles relax they may twitch to release the pent up energy. 

How much is Crystal Therapy?

60 minute Crystal Therapy session = $60
Includes consultation and 30-40 minutes crystal therapy

Crystal Therapy, Cupping, Gua Sha/IASTM, K-taping, Sonic Massage, and Reiki Therapy can be incorporated into any massage session at no additional charge. The rate is $1 per minute, you tell me how long of a massage session you want. If you have multiple pain issues or want a thorough full body massage with multiple services incorporated a two hour or more session is recommended.
